Who I am

I’m an integrative therapist who provides individual therapy for adults seeking support with anxiety, stress, burnout, and life transitions. I blend evidence-based therapies with real talk and practical tools that fit real life. My approach is conversational, down-to-earth, and trauma-informed, with a strong foundation in Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help clients move through stuck patterns and cognitive distortions.

I also provide psychological immigration evaluations and forensic mental health evaluations for legal and court-related matters. These evaluations are clinically thorough, trauma-informed, and written clearly for attorneys, judges, and adjudicators, with a focus on accuracy, functional impact, and professional, court-ready documentation.

I’m Dominican, born and raised in the Bronx, New York, and a first-generation American with immigrant parents. That background shapes how I show up in this work. I value honesty, warmth, and meeting people where they are. You don’t need to be put together here. This is a space where you can exhale, talk openly, and focus on what matters most to you.
