Accelerated Resolution Therapy® for Anxiety, Trauma & Distressing Memories

Available in Goshen, New York, and through telehealth for clients located in New York, Florida, and Delaware.

ART® is a brief, structured form of psychotherapy that uses guided eye movements and visualization techniques to help reduce distress connected to difficult memories, sensations, and emotions.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy® and ART® are registered service marks of the Rosenzweig Center for Rapid Recovery (RCRR), used with permission.

ART® sessions are structured and guided by a trained clinician. You remain fully in control throughout the process, and you do not have to describe a traumatic experience in detail if you prefer not to. ART® uses guided eye movements and visualization to help reduce the emotional and physical reactions connected to distressing memories.
